Who we are

Boiler Service Dublin is run by Bartlomiej Standa. We book boiler services and replacements across Dublin, carried out by registered engineers who work with us. Contact: hello@boilerservicedublin.ie.

What we collect

When you send a request: the service you need, your area, when suits you, your name, your phone number and, if you give it, your Eircode. We also record which page you sent it from.

Why, and on what basis

We use your details to arrange your job: to ring you about the price and a time, and to give the engineer who does the work what they need. We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Who we share it with

The registered engineer who carries out your job, and only the details they need for it. Our email and hosting providers process the data on our behalf. We never sell your details to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after your request, then it is deleted, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We count visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and stores nothing that identifies you, and we record anonymously which step of the form was reached. If we ever add advertising measurement, it will only load after you say yes to it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them, by emailing hello@boilerservicedublin.ie. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
